Sardinia is a region with a mild climate, a pleasant warm Summer, ideal location to spend nice holidays throughout the year, especially during Spring, Summer and Autumn.
Our Agriresidence "La barca in secca" is a quiet place surrounded by greenery in harmony with the crops we cultivate, it is ideal for couples, families, everybody. We cultivate vegetables such as: salad, eggplant, peppers, melons, artichokes, etc... our menus always include fresh products from our back garden.
“La barca in secca” is located in the countryside of Olmedo, località Suerera, 16 km from Alghero, tourist resort of the Riviera del Corallo, 10 km from Fertilia, 18 from Sassari, 22 from the ferry port of Porto Torres



There are five accommodations comprising: one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, living room with kitchen area fully furnished complete with everything you need to prepare and consume meals, double-sofabed, air conditioning, satellite and terrestrial tv. One barrier free accommodation for wheelchair and disabled travellers. Shared clothes washer and dryer machine.



At our agriturismo you can rest... you will get plenty of rest! Forget the diet and make fabulous barbecue, this is at your disposal and don't care about the smoke, it does not bother the neighbours, we are in the countryside! After the good grill, if you like, you can go biking.
Our accommodation can be used also as a base to visit the northern and central Sardinia, with just 15 minutes driving you reach Alghero wonderful beaches and Capo Caccia, in 25 minutes you reach Stintino and its magnificent beach La Pelosa, 25 minutes to reach Platamona and Castelsardo.



When you arrive in Olmedo take the provincial road (SP 19) to Sassari, after two and a half km, turn right, continue for one km, follow our sponsored signals to reach our agriresort. The Service Charter
Dear Guests,

we are pleased to offer you the most cordial welcome and wish you a happy stay. We present below the "service card" to provide you with information that will allow you to make the best use of the services we can offer you.

We are at the center of our interest: you are the main source for the evaluation and constant improvement of your stay at our facility, therefore we ask you to formulate any request or report that you deem useful.

We will be the point of reference for any problem that may arise during your stay, at your disposal, for tourist information regarding the surroundings, local events and shows and curiosities regarding the territory.

Booking

Reservations can be either by phone or online. We undertake to respond within 24 hours of the request by email.

Cancellation policy

Canceled reservations will be subject to penalties as follows:

up to 7 days before the arrival date, no penalty will be applied;

from 1 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to 100% of the amount of the first night will be charged to the credit card.

In the event of a "no show" or early departure, a penalty equal to 100% of the entire booked stay will be charged to the credit card.

Check in

From 14.00 to 22.00
In case of arrivals at times other than indicated, please communicate it in advance. Upon arrival, it is mandatory for all guests to show a valid personal document.

We ask you to check out by 10.00
In case you need to stay longer, just communicate it in advance to allow the best performance of our activities.
Commercial document will be released, any special invoices must be requested the day before departure.
Payment by debit card, credit card or Pay-pal is accepted

Personal data

Personal data and any other element learned by our Company during the course of the assignment will be subject to confidentiality and will be treated in compliance with the confidentiality and rights of the person through the systematic application by us of appropriate protection measures and guarantee prepared for both paper and electronic data processing and measured to the specificity of the data itself (simple personal data or sensitive or judicial data). Pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 196/03, the Customer is informed that his personal data will be processed only for the purposes determined by the contractual relationship for these purposes (including accounting and administrative purposes).

Tidying up of rooms

The replacement of the bathroom linen will be made every 2 days (excluding departure and day before).
The replacement of bed linen will be done every 6 days. The change of extra linen carries a cost of 10 €.
The bathrooms are equipped with shower-foam, disposable soap and hairdryer. The management is not responsible for theft or loss of objects left unattended inside the structure

Kitchen

The kitchen in the apartments is designed to prepare breakfasts and meals for 4 people, the management will be completely yours.

Television volume

We kindly ask guests to keep the television and any music systems at a volume that respects the peace and harmony of the environment, especially during the hours of rest: from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 9:00 am.

Internet

You can connect to the internet. Wi-Fi is free and available in all parts of the farmhouse.

parking area

Parking is free, it is not guarded, there are no particular risks, however we advise you to lock the cars.

For everyone's respect:

we invite you to adopt a behavior respectful of the peace and relaxation of the other guests;

the guest is required to respect the rooms, equipment and furnishings found in the Agriturismo;

please do not smoke inside the rooms;

it is forbidden to use extra heating appliances and open flames in the rooms.

We also ask to be respectful of the environment and to reduce waste to a minimum, on your arrival you will be shown the place where the bins for separate collection are located.
